Swap dates are typically the fourth or last Sunday of the month, and in summer we have an extra swap close to the middle of the month.
When: June 16 1:00 p.m. 1. We will make 2 types of garam masalas in the class and discuss other variations Students will do measuring, mixing, grinding and will also participate in making Channa masala. I will provide naan to eat with Channa Masala. Bring couple of small airtight glass bottles to take samples of garam masala. Come bring your excess backyard produce to Farnsworth Park to share. Others will be there doing the same. We meet at the north end of the park off of Mount Curve in the covered table area. When: June 23 1:00 p.m. 1.
